「X Repost Omitted」は、X（旧Twitter）上のリポスト（再投稿）を非表示にする拡張機能です。リポストを見たくないユーザーにとって、タイムラインのノイズを減らす便利なツールです。
この拡張機能を導入すると、Xのタイムライン上に表示されるリポストが自動的に非表示になります。完全に削除されるわけではなく、投稿の下にある「▼」アイコンをクリックすることで、非表示にされたリポストを確認することも可能です。つまり、リポストを見たくないけれど、どんな内容がリポストされたかは気になるというユーザーに最適な設計です。

- This extensions really needs more love, it completely cleaned up my Twitter account so now my following tab just shows people I'm following; no dealing with unwanted retweets or having to manually disable it for the hundreds of accounts I follow.

- You should rename it to remove retweets so more people find it and not indicate any reposts hidden to look cleaner. overall I couldn't ask for more from something I have always wanted. I never understood the point of reposts/retweets as a form of self expression.
