HIGHLIGHTER
I used to write a lot of essays, and reports when I was in university. I developed Highlighter in order to help me highlight interesting ideas that I came across on the internet. This tool can store those highlights on your local so that you can check them back later.

INSTALLATION
+ After installing the extension from chrome web store, it is recommended to refresh all the tabs or reopen the browser.

- (2020-02-23) Tuqa Az: A really good extension, I found it really helpful to highlight what you need really fast and also save it for you in case you want to see it really fast I would recommend that they add to when we see it to be able to press it and it would take us to where we highlight the thing ! but a great highligher in general !

- (2017-04-22) zma61: Хорошо, очень полезное расширение, но не совсем удобное: надо сначала кликнуть по значку расширения и выбрать там цвет для выделения, потом выделить фрагмент и нажать "h" (кстати если раскладка русская то выделять не будет), потом какое то окно появляется которое закрыть надо. Не проще ли было через контекстное меню сделать управление: Например выделил текст, нажал пкм и в меню выбрал каким цветом выделить или убрать выделение, стереть все. Ну как вариант - нормально

If you want to cancel highlight of a link, you have to press x and click the link which is inconvenient. Also, I cannot change the color...

- (2015-05-04) Mylie Blue: Piece of crap! You have to be logged in your browser to have access to this extension, otherwise you can't use it AND it literally blocks your right-click menu! Don't bother downloading! Who knows, you may be stuck with a green highlighter instead of one that has multiple colours in it!

- (2014-11-20) Warren Wan: Super helpful for people browsing through multiple tabs at a time looking for specific information like journal articles. Also highlights stays on even if the tab was accidentally closed, which is a nice feature.
