- (2019-04-08) Marci Mihályfi: Egyszerű, de fontos hatékonyságnövelő eszköz, ha telefonhívásokat kell bonyolítsál.
- (2018-08-21) Gonzalo Travesi: excelente para comunicar
- (2018-07-10) Vasilis Kerestetzis: can't add auto extension for external calls...
- (2018-07-06) christian petersen: Right clicking to select dial from a drop-down (only works if the Country Code is set) is just not efficient or effective.
- (2018-03-16) Silvia N.: Extension does allow to start a jabber call directly from highlighting any phone number in browser, if the number is shown correctly The "call and edit" function does not work in my installation. So if number is not shown in correct format (internationa / area code etc.), I cannot start the call. so in total it is not working as I expected from a professional app
- (2018-02-23) Stefan Ehret: Ok it works, but like so many Cisco products, it's incomplete and doesn't improve with time: what about an option to configure a digit prefix for external calls when the number hasn't got the standard international prefix +xx? Cisco products are rubbish when it comes to the European market. That's the word of an IT Manager who's comming to regret having choosen Cisco Call Manager for its company...
- (2018-01-29) David Wysocki: I really like this Chrome extension, but it stopped working for me, around the time that Chrome updated from version 48 to version 49. This happened again with the Chrome 63, and then worked again in Chrome 64. Overall, very helpful when making calls.
- (2017-10-30) Chelsea Graham: It's working again!! I'm on the latest Chrome version 62 and the extension is working just fine. The only annoying thing is you have to right click then select call with jabber and then that opens another menu to actually call.
- (2017-07-13) Narendra Kanukollu: Worst software I have ever used from Cisco, I have been using Cisco webex from 10 years but this Jabber is really works like Jammer when we try to call
- (2017-07-07) Ryan B: I wish I could just click on a phone number and it open Jabber and have the number there. Currently, I have to highlight the number, then right click, then select "call with Jabber", then select "call".
- (2017-01-30) Paul Box: couldnt get it to work
- (2017-01-10) jason williams: doesnt work on my chromebook
- (2016-12-15) Trevor Lee: Broken, works only 1/3 of the time. Often does nothing after clicking call or call+edit.
- (2016-10-28) Derek Dongray: As mentioned by others, this just doesn't work. Installed on Chrome 54 and it simply does nothing.
- (2016-09-21) Dave Baldacchino: We dial 9 before placing outside calls so unless I'm missing a setting, it's of no use to me unless it lets me add a prefix.
- (2016-07-14) Jason Eckelstafer: Does what I need it to. The right click calling from a website is very convenient.
- (2016-05-24) Jose Mur Arizon: It doesn't work, as it is mentioned in some reviews it seems a problem with the newest versions of Chrome. I'll downgrade my chrome, but not very happy with this solution....
- (2016-04-22) Cody Barrett: just doesn't work
- (2016-04-04) Axel Gibmeier: Extension does allow to start a jabber call directly from highlighting any phone number in browser, if the number is shown correctly. The "call and edit" function does not work in my installation. So if number is not shown in correct format (internationa / area code etc.), I cannot start the call. Also there's no logic to automatically edit the phone number based on country code/area code settings, so if number is not shown in international dialing format +49 6131 ... you need to manually edit the phone number to set extra prefixes etc. (e.g. set prefix "0" to dial out from your company phone system)
- (2016-03-28) вася васин: good
- (2016-03-22) Steve Farrell: It's a WONDERFUL tool... When it works. It broke within a month of enabling it, and even our IT team can't determine where the problem is coming from. Even worse, Cisco isn't even aware of the issue, and is absolutely useless in helping resolve the problems. Their "Technical Support" seemed highly incompetent and unable to assist.
- (2016-03-14) Mike Davis: I wish it would work with the actual Google phone links, but I guess its better than nothing!
- (2015-12-03) David Hays: Works as expected. A nice feature would to add a type of hot key to preform a quick call.
- (2015-10-23) Henrik J. Koch: Does not support that you are calling from a company and first have to dial out? Please add such a feature so that you are able to tell the app what to dial to have a outside line
