• (2018-05-11) keith reece: Great when it works. Often just stops working and you have to go thru hoops to get it to work again. Contacting the company or person who made the app is nearly impossible.

I cleared browser cache.. logged out in and out of chrome and MW I have removed Ebay Keywords and installed it again.. updated the extension.. re enabled it..Thank you

• (2017-09-18) Scott Newell: Update: I got it to work finally. I've loved this app up until this week. Merchant words recently updated their website and now I cant get Ebay Keywords to work with it. Is there anything I can do to resolve the issue on my end? When I contacted Merchant words they said they had contacted the app developer and the issue would be resolved. It's a big disappointment since I've used this app daily up til this issue.
• (2017-09-17) Peggy Riddle: I am also have the same issue. Using Merchant words along with eBay Keywords has been the basis for every title for every listing since the beginning of my business and it is difficult to work without my basic tools.
