Striker Manager Formation/Tactics Helper

Adds 2 new features to Striker Manager

1) export and import of tactics.
This is similar to the export and import of advanced formations

2) swapping players within a formation.
This allows you to exchange the numbering of 2 players in an advanced formation. This is very useful for converting a formation to match one you already have so that you can substitute in a specific set of players or use a different formation altogether with the same players.
