(2021-01-31) William Mills: edit: no longer works If you just take it with a grain of salt, this app will usually give a reasonable approximation of the strength of the other player: compared to you. If the other player's power level is greater than 100%, they are likely stronger than you. If their power level is less than 100%, they are likely weaker.
