I am trying to change my trip for Delhi to Varanasi which is book for Feb 2nd 2019 from Delhi to Varanasi and return Varanasi to Delhi Feb 13th but I do see there some fee for that and Non-Changeable but when I bought this Insurance why thay say in this case no charges, so please help me to solve this.
