Richtig eingesetzt kann es einen komplexen Onboarding-Prozess auf die individuellen Parameter begrenzen und der Nutzer kann mit allen nötigen Informationen durch komplexe Prozesse geleitet werden. Insbesondere für Ersteinrichtungen mit einmaligen Prozessen leistet es fantastische Dienste und Auswertungen. Die Chrome-Erweiterung ist durchdacht und funktioniert einwandfrei, die Knowledge Base von Appcues sowie der Customer Success sind exzellent – das System ist aber in der Tat sehr selbsterklärend. Nur zu empfehlen!

We use two different onboarding flows tailored to our different user types, tool tips for assisting users throughout our platform, and modals to communicate site outages or maintenance. We LOVE the flexibility it offers and we think it elevates the overall experience for our users. We're excited to learn more and utilize the Appcues features even more!

This isn't 5 stars because sometimes the extension is a little buggy and crashes. I also wish that there were an easier way to test out flows that are only meant to show once (if there's a way, let me know haha).

Anonymous 2020-04-01: Appcues enables our company to solve a long existing buisness need that we have had, with one very easy to use chrome extension. It allows us to quickly build onboarding flows, surveys, a/b tests, and other customer interaction, at a fairly low cost. The tool can be buggy, but their reps are very responsive.

Right now it's invaluable in my workflow - I can build, edit and test flows without needing to spend hours of my day on it. Any time I've had any issues and reported small bugs to the team, they're already aware and working on a fix.

The Flow Builder extension is designed for users without an extensive tech background. It allows us to get hands on with customization and different creative approaches. So easy. Love it!

Sometimes it takes some investigation to get flows working as they should or they work inconsistently when building but we've been able to push through. I find the analytics very helpful.
