Motornyy Passwords generates stable passwords based on a master password and a tag (by default, a domain) using PBKDF2 algorithm. This allows users to keep their passwords private but unique. Unlike popular password managers, Motornyy Passwords doesn't store your password anywhere. It's an open-source software based on Stanford Javascript Crypto Library.
