protik is minimal chrome extension with clear goal in mind to help protect users from external distraction or views from Twitter users in feed that might have effect on your flow of productivity or task you're currently doing.
If you often view Twitter's feed via normal browser while working on your things, there are high chance that you will get distracted because you suddenly see distracting tweet that pulls you into the deep rabbit hole. Until you realize, hours of hours are lost and you can't bring them back.
protik will help prevent that particular incidence to happen by removing all tweets in Twitter's main page (https://twitter.com) unless you've entered exceptions for some Twitter users you want to see their tweets.
protik keeps monitor the page for any new tweets, as well as automatically expands new tweets when they just come and immediately apply via filtering rules according to your exception. Your feed will be as clean as you could imagine before.
