A highly customizable dark theme for Google products (search, images, translate, and contacts)

"Dark Theme for Google" extension brings a customizable dark theme to some of the Google services such as Google Search and Google Images. The extension supports all localized Google domains.
Using this extension you can customize many colors including background and link colors on the options page of the extension if you don't like the default configuration.
Features:
1. You can define a period for the extension to automatically activate the dark theme
2. You can append your custom CSS rules to the default dark theme from the options page
3. You can ask the extension to automatically follow the system color scheme (turn dark theme on when the preferred color scheme is dark and turn it off when not) (this feature uses the JavaScript's matchMedia method to install a listener for prefers-color-scheme).
4. Supports "Calendar" and "Messages" services (as of version 0.5.0)

- Does not work for the Chrome Web Store page (aka Chrome .google .com). The Chrome Web Store is a localized Google domain and is a Google Product. I honestly don't need a dark theme for the other google sites as Google has already released their own dark mode for those sites. Please find a way to apply dark mode to the Chrome Web Store page as it's is WAY TOO BRIGHT! Thank you.

- I like the ease of customisation, and the defaults do a good job. That said, I believe there needs to be an option to disable the extension for google search (just like there is one for all other affected URLs), because Google rolled out a built-in dark theme for search results, which I would argue has a better color pallet. I ended up copying Google's own colors into this extension, as I still want to keep it for Google Translate. And a small pet peeve: picking colors with a hex code instead of RGB values would be a bit easier.

- Absolutely great. Unlike other extensions which will do a bad job at inverting the colours on the a page, this extension injects custom CSS that the author has written. I am just amazed by how many Google services this extension works for. The reason why this is 100% 5 stars from me is that it has an option to add your own CSS. This makes it extremely easy to update and even customise any page on Google. I've been looking for an extension that does this for about 2 years. Unless it somehow gets totally broken, I won't be using anything else.

- Aujourd'hui un message c'est apparu dans la page d'acceuil Google : "Vous utilisez désormais le thème sombre Vous pouvez réactiver le thème clair à tout moment dans les paramètres de la recherche Google" Eh oui ! Google a ajouté le thème sombre !!! Donc cette extension n'est plus utile Mais quand même un hommage pour vous <3
