Yury R 2024-11-05: I activated a shopping trip for 6% cashback (out of $438 pre-tax). However, I never received the cashback. I contacted support three times through their feedback form, email, and webform, and provided the original receipts. Despite three weeks passing, the situation remains unchanged, as they appear to disregard customer concerns. Update: after 7 months the support get back to me and resolved the problem.

Trudy Conway 2021-12-27: Either I am using this wrong or it just doesn't work. It popped up while I was on Amazon looking for a pressure cooker. Lowest price came up as under 30 bucks. I knew that could not be right but I went over to check the other prices. The 30 bucks turned out to be for a BOOK about the product. The other price links led to higher prices. None of the shown prices was either correct or "in stock" as shown. What a waste of time.

I created an account on the website, the extension can't login. When creating the account, signing up with Google goes through the motions and does nothing. The site allows you to set a European time zone, does not understand that you would like to shop in Europe. Useless.
