围脖就是好图床 由firefox版本移植过来。登录新浪微博之后，点击运行图标之后再弹出窗口中拖入图片或者是直接粘贴图片就能生成外链地址，地址可供其他论坛和帖子直接使用。新浪是个好图床。源于firefox版本的朱一大神的代码修改而来，移植到了chrome

已有的图床不能满足我的需求，于是改了一个以前的扩展来用用。
修改自以前的firefox扩展：微博就是好图床。
原作者是：weibotuchuang.sinaapp.com && Lyfing.Loo
只是做了简单的修改，加了https和两个按钮
