Because when I tried to use the quick delete option, I received an error that says: "you have too many active tickets" and there's nothing I can do to fix the error since there is no other options to fix it. The error prevents me from doing any actions in moderation panel. I wonder if there is a solution for this because I tried to close the site, refresh, turned off and on the extension, close and open the windows but in vain. After a couple of hours, it works and the restriction is gone, but if I do it again, it prevents me from doing anything. So do I have to wait again or remove this extension?
