- I've been using BeFrugal for many years. It works well when it works. I would rate it 3.5 stars, but I'm only allowed to use whole numbers. The only issue I have with BeFrugal is that, oftentimes, I have to manually upload my proof of purchase before cash back is issued. If I don't remember to check it, I don't receive the cash back.
