CodeNotary authenticates any type of download on a registry of trusted software.
The extension allows you to recognize original files from malicious copies so that you don't run the risk of installing any malware.
You can check your download files either with a simple drag&drop on the web-based interface or automatically by the browser. For automatic verification, enable the "Allow access to file URLs" checkbox on the extension details page.
