This is essentially a redirection map. It allows easy control of redirects of web requests, from anywhere to anywhere.
Sets of redirect rules are bundled into "enhancements". These enhancements are retrieved from a server the user chooses. These enhancements are shown to the user, who then selects which to apply. The intended use for this is to support a customer which has purchased a web application, yets hosts it themselves. This plugin can then provide them quick access to bug fixes, and potential enhancements from the vender for evaluation before these code changes are officially released.
