It took about 4 hours to admit more then 3,500 members and it only took that long because of the Facebook parameters and not wanting to be blocked. Other then that, the team is very responsive and helped me with everything I needed help with.

Also, I had trouble (user error), linking Group Leads to my Email Responder, and not only did they super easily set up a tech call straight away (mind blown they even offer this), but they solved it so quickly and easily! I'm honestly so impressed with the customer service, I'm now a raving fan! I've had so many problems with customer service from other companies, that this one has been a breath of fresh air! THANK YOU! I now have a super easy, automated set up for my group and emails now too wooooooo!!!! Best extension ever!!

I've finally given up and have currently spend 2 days backwards and forwards trying to cancel. It's too hard and I just want out! I'd like my money back ideally. Would never recommend to anyone!

I'm very untechy and she was able to show me where I was having the problem and then tested it out so I could repeat the correct way to make it work. I almost canceled the appointment but I am sosososo glad I didn't. She's a keeper. Thanks PS make sure no one is using "Wave Browser" it slipped in when I enrolled in my Affiliate program and it carries malicious elements and DOESN'T work with Group Leads.

Posted in the Facebook group 16 hours ago, zero response. Service is senior to selling, if you're unable to support customers you shouldn't be taking people's money. Going to go to my bank today and file a dispute as seems to be the only way to get down to resolution. Overall a disappointing experience - never again, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We ran a test to make sure that data was getting pulled from the FB group into a google sheet as well as into my email software (Convertkit). Everything is working as expected. This will be a massive time saver - thanks Jamiu!

The only small downer: The auto-approval mechanism is a bit tricky to get running and will also automatically delete requests from users who don't meet the approval criteria, making it impossible to approve them manually. On the plus side: Extremely responsive support and the extension is always in development and new features being added. Love it, thanks for the hard work!

Now I am trying to cancel the subscription before they charged me and it looks like that won't be easy because they don't have any cancelation option on the website. Looks like a kind of scam to me...
