I paid INR.455/- through my HDFC bank account for the recharge of my mobile bill (JIO) on 15th Feb-2021. Though the bank statement shows the amount has been credited to AMAZON seller account ( Merchant site transaction, ID: 31636859/ Ref No.0303363355)but the recharge was not happening. Please arrange to reverse the amount to my HDFC account.
