Well, now you can.

This Chrome Extension allows you to mute any R. Kelly video on YouTube.
You can toggle the mute functionality on/off in the top of your browser.
When playing a R. Kelly video on YouTube, it is muted.
The video plays but with an overlay on top of it (and no sound).
