• (2020-03-23) Alex Milton: I will change this rating when I get a reply. 1. I set up the plugin per the instructions 2. I cleared my local cache and disabled local plugins (chrome, pc) 3. I disabled my website security and cleared my website cache, and deactivated all plugins. tbay.tk frontend and backend (wordpress and webserver) I contacted support via email through the contact page on their website, they replied with a canned response. They asked me to create them admin credentials for my website, which I've done. They didn't reply when I told them I created the credentials, so I sent them a reminder email. They replied to that with another canned response asking for admin credentials. I'll consider changing my review once they fix my problem, which is clearly not my problem, as I followed their instructions perfectly. I understand you may be busy with the virus. You must alert your customers that your support team is unable to support your software so that customers are able to make informed decisions. If I had known you would take my money and offer no support I would have spent my money on food or cleaning supplies for the pandemic. Please either refund my money, or fix the issue. It would be professional and courteous if you removed your plugins from the store until you are able to support them. I hope you and your team are safe from the virus, please make sure you're in a safe area before spending time on my website.
• (2020-01-29) Elle Douglas: FRAUD! The extension does not work with ebay. Would not add product url or supplier not even the correct pictures. It might work with aliexpress but i pay for it to use it with ebay a waste of money and they don't even answer you when you send a message and yes I did use the contact form. You should stop promoting it like it works with ebay because it sure doesn't.

• (2018-09-02) Sandra Stella: Love this extension, it is really awesome, so much better than a lot of other apps I have used, support is instant and it is much less expensive than the other, missing some features comparing to some other apps such as importing reviews it has been promised to be done.
• (2018-08-31) Scott Mackenzie: This extension is great. Its so much better value for money than all of its competitors. I was using the Alidropship plugin to import and process orders and it is about seven times more expensive and not half as efficient. I did not even watch the tutorial videos because the extension is so user friendly that its hard not to know how to use it. I recommend this extension to all considering its purchase because I assure you there is no better alternative. Five Stars!

I am interesting of buying Wooshark plugin with Aliexpress,Ebay,Banggood but i cannot understand what you mean when you are saying "up to 10 stores".   I've disabled all plugins, disabled all security, and cleared all caches. This includes chrome cache and plugins as from the wordpress backend and the webserver backend. I've ensured permalinks are set as required, and I'm creating and copying the API keys correctly. When the connection errors out, it loads the html for the shop page in the error description. I've sent an email via the contact page on the website, and I heard back from wooshark; however, they advised me to change the permalinks, which were already configured per the wooshark instructions. It has been almost 24 hours since I submitted a support request with no resolution.

  I purchase the chrome extension and the plugin is set up correctly, I can import items from ebay (reason for buying it) it actually imports everything except the supplier Product ID, Product URL, Product Store URL, Store Name etc. and the plugin is still not letting me use the pro features.
