“notifications” – Used to send desktop notification. For example when App is updated.
“contextMenus” – Allow to add more settings when right click in the App icon in the browser toolbar and browser context menu.
“storage” – Used to save settings on your local computer.
“unlimitedStorage” – Storage is limited to 5MB of data that may not be enough to store all configs.
“webRequest” & “webRequestBlocking” – May be used to intercept some requests on the requested page in order to be able to provide PiP capability.
“all_urls” – We cannot predict ahead of time witch videos deployed on hosts/domains the user want to PiP. The extension is capable to PiP any Html5 video on any Webpage.

Tested PiP with YouTube + using an OLDER version of Chrome 49.x but did not appear to work. Had message "Picture-in-Picture NOT supported" when installed.
为什么是黑屏？
Tried a few others but this one works great with the alt-p key stroke invocation! I use all the time while streaming my news channel and working on other pages. Love it!

This extension doesn't provide any extra features for the PiP window. Sends requests to the author's website when you open the extension's options. (and by the way, there's actually no options. Just a bunch of unrelated paid offers). :(

one bug found(...more like feature request...): when using touchscreen through a 2 in 1 laptop i cannot move or resize the floating video. please fix this ive tried quite a few.. this just works

The PiP is just black, I am not a tech head so I don't know why it will not work, it just dosen't.
Doesn't support html 5 so unusable on youtube tv which is what I need it for.
