Luo Tianyi is the world's first VOCALOID Chinese sound library and avatar based on Yamaha's VOCALOID3 speech synthesis engine. Luo Tianyi's sound library was officially launched on July 12, 2012 at the 8th China International Animation and Game Expo (CCG EXPO). Luo Tianyi's sound source is the domestic voice actor Shan Xin.
