Chrome extension which makes GitHub.com fit a narrow browser window. It overwrites GitHub.com css rules related to width.

- (2017-07-17) Liv Dywan: I used to set the zoom level on GitHub to 75% because I used tiled windows and otherwise wouldn't see the right hand side of the page (important for notifications!). This extension makes GitHub work perfectly at 100% regardless of window size.
