To provide the best experience to the community, Ethereum Dapper Legacy's functionality requires access to a few areas. It needs limited permission to access webpages, tabs, and location details.
As the payment processor, Simplex uses the location permission to enable the purchase of ether (ETH). However, this will be the only time it’s required. We will not be tracking your location otherwise.
For the browsing history permission, we’re only using the tabs permissions as we’re testing interoperability between dapps to make navigation much easier for people using Ethereum Legacy Wallet. You can always view the smart contract code on how it works here: https://github.com/dapperlabs/dapper-contracts.

- Opened up an account last year, brought some ETH and played some CryptoKitties. Now that I have reinstalled my pc it wont let me recover my account. Using the recovery kit does not work and the support team is infamously slow at responding, so far only have gotten an auto reply. Can not recommend at all at its current state.

- Pretty lame experience. I can't sign up, can't recover / retrieve a password. Always getting some "error." If this is the gateway to DEFI then maybe I'm not ready for it yet.

- The app wouldn't allow me to sign up, it says there's an error when trying too. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, as well as waiting a day or two before attempting again, still does the same.

- Stay away from this! - Installed on chrome and when I tried 3 transactions they all failed but at the same time counted as the free transactions. - Bought a 10pass and most of the transactions took place but took no effect on the site or just straight failed. I spent the other half of those passes just sending tokens back to metamask. The biggest piece of S*** i've ever dealt with and a complete waste of money. - It was good until it had 10 free gas fee per week. But now it reduced to 3 gas fee per week and after 3 transactions it costs a high gas fee over any action. I just wanted to cancel an auction in a game and it needed 0.0031ETH that is not acceptable.

- This extension could've been great but it doesn't work. I've been able to activate my ethereum account, fund it and connect to the dapp game "Blockchain Cuties" but I can't buy any crypto collectible. Whenever I try, I get an error "Something went wrong, try again" after confirming my transaction. Tested with Brave and Chrome. (In both case no adblocker where used)

- Dapper worked great! I set this wallet up today and haven't had any problems. I did a search first and found this awesome article: https://medium.com/@com4ter2/the-dapper-wallet-the-yellow-bit-road-ad1252dc899a I read the reviews here as well but went ahead because I think this is the best option. I got my eth on coinbase and sent it over to my dapper wallet with no problem. I had a blast playing on cryptokitties.co for the first time. By using the dapper wallet I saved money playing cryptokitties. I'm also using the brave browser!

- tut genau das was es soll, und dazu kostenfrei +++ , on Chrome+Macbookpro 2019 // allerdings stürzt es regelmässig ab nachdem eine Transaktion bestätigt wurde, diese Transaktionen werden aber immer korrekt ausgeführt . Also kleine Nachbesserungen sind nötig, ansonsten prima ++!
