3 attempts to install without success, had to restart and install and then it needed extensions for Chrome....still didnt work. unimpressed and thinking i'm going to unload Norton 360 as well...losing confidence in Norton products.

I was warned by my Norton that I had multiple trackers following me and selling my info. The only way to get rid of them was to add Tracker to my Norton account to clean it up and protect me. So I paid the additional fee and when I downloaded Tracker it told me that I haven't had any Trackers for at least 60 days. So it looks like I got screwed by Norton.

AntiTracking is not working. Will not load on Google. What is Norton doing about it? I see numerous complaints about the problem. Customers have paid good money for something not fit for purpose. Resolve it immediately Norton or refund the charge. Ethics and honesty please!!

Pretty much same problems as all other users. App will add to Chrome extension but will not open. Tried dumping app, reloading app, another time of same thing, reboot, close apps...again...wont work. worthless.

Most annoying Money Grab emails everyday about subscription expiring even though I've paid.

It doesnt work anymore and I can't even uninstall it!! I AM SO ANNOYED!!!!
Jack Neely
It keeps telling me to add it to my browser (Chrome). I click the buttons. The next time in it does it again. Blocks my screen with a notice that I'm not using AntiTrack and must add it to my browser . . .
John S. Pedersen
Asking for re-install every second day, not much safety found here
Jim Deery
There is a problem with it. Keeps wanting you to update it and then it says it is not attached and then it is attached. Makes me wonder if this product doesn't work, do all of the Norton products have glitches that would impact your security?

I hate Norton - very sneakily, continuously try adding extras on to a package that is meant to be the full package. Only reason for 1 star rating is so I can publically vent. In actual fact the 1.9 overall rating is also overstated!!!!

I'm over activating this and every day I'm asked to activate it again. Total waste of money and rubbish product.
Geoff
AntiTrack won't work with Chrome or Firefox. not much good really.
Mary Barnett
I don't like this program. It keeps telling me that I am not using the program and add it to the extensions. When I try to add it I can't tell if it's added or not. Complete waste of money. I will not renew this useless program.
Jim Glynn
This product is useless & I will be cancelling my free trial.... it won't install correctly... it keeps telling me it's disabled & I need to add it to Chrome which I did multiple times including removing it & then re-adding it.
Oliver Brotherton
I keep being reminded that antitrack is not yet installed so I follow the link but it goes nowhere. Pretty useless really. My Norton subscription ends in a few days. I won't be renewing. I experience issues like this across the whole range of bewildering products Norton says I need. Norton is too 'hit and miss' for me.

I don't use MS Edge onl Chrome. And I can't tell if the Norton AntiTrack was installed on Chrome or not. Very confusing and not sure it's working....thinking about canceling this purchase. All Norton does now is come up with new things you can purchase when it used to just include these services in what you bought originally. Very disappointing.

Oh my goodness,,,,,,,,,,,,so,,so many unhappy and disgruntled users here using Norton..... I think I will not use Norton until they figure out the questions that other people here are posting,,. Geez,,,I thort Norton was way up there as one of the ''' go too ''' products to use to protect my data...but obviously it sure isn't.. Thank you to all the people posting your tales of woe,, it sure has made me sit up and take notice.
Derek Temlett
excellent product does an excellent job of blocking all tracking attempts from any website and gives me a full report everyday highly recomend this product
Kim Sungjin
Can't understand.

Your 1.9 out of 5 doesn't sound very promising. What are you doing wrong? And, what's more, what are you doing to improve things?
TOMMY TAYLOR
I agree with most reviews I've read I thought this kind of thing was part of program and not a stand alone add on. A big con if you ask me
Catherine Murphy
Very expensive for the basic protection then hit you with all this add ons that cause just as much if not more.. The add ons should be included for the price I pay for this service. Also for the create an email @norton.me, it doesn't work every single generated one is taken, every single one I try to create is taken.. Only reason I have stayed with Norton is Kaspersky is no longer available. You all seriously need to re-vamp your services, create better pricing, combine products for a lower price. I am exagerating a little bit but If I paid for every single add on along with the virus protection for my laptop, phone, 2 other phones and 1 more laptop I would be paying over 600 a year if not more. Soon as I find a better cheaper service will switch as this has gotten to costly and to many bugs in the programming for me to continue to pay for.
Steve Saxon
I just choose to use this feature with Norton; then to find the overall reviews are not favorable. Will still try it out and if not happy ask for my refund within the 30 day trial period
Sue Nicholson
as usual I am confused, i agree with previous comment, these all should be included with Norton subscription with one price and no more add ons. everything should be covered by the upfront cost of Norton.
Chris C
Each time I have to restart my computer, usually at the request of Norton, it tells me I have to reinstall Norton AntiTrack. However, when I check my extensions it is already there. What is going on? The Chrome Web Store doesn't list Norton AntiTrack in the list of available extensions to add?
Katharine DeVecchis
So far, all Norton has done was slow down my computer. And they keep wanting me to get more Norton. I may have to get rid of Norton and try something else.
philip davis
terrible I turn it on my Norton dashboard says it's off ??? am I protected or not. what am I paying for ???
Janet Ward
Unintelligible

cant must use first!!!

When attempting to add another browser (Chrome) to the Norton AntiTracker during the 60-day free trial period, it sends me to a page/site which describes some details about the tracker, offering no apparent ability (link, etc.) to achieve the intended task or a notice/warning indicating whether the action (adding another browser) is permitted while in the 60-day free trial period. It is an odd behavior, not expected from Norton. I, and many other users, employ available browsers, and if we can't properly review the functionalities of the S/W-App, how can we decide to, or not to, purchase the App? It is not readily apparent other users' comments/questions/reviews are received/responded to, leaving the impression the comments/reviews written on this platform are not read and fruitless. Comments/response?
Kevin Niemi
if it works I will fully approve
Tony Scrace
Like other users I thinnk Norton are gouging us all.
Russ Gleason
Add on after add on. Need 1 package with all protections included and 1 price. Or would that 1 price wake people up and go to other protection packages. What would the total price be of all Norton products? Are you affraid to list?
M&M 7 Entertainment
Works well, If you are installing it on Edge, or Chrome, etc, you need to be logged into your Microsoft account in Edge &, or your google account in Chrome before adding/installing a newly introduced extension to your Web browsers.
Mamdo A.
this AntiTrack extension seems to do its job but getting more expensive.
Jordan Ezekude (Mystery Ezekude)
Although this AntiTrack extension seems to do its job, its interface is set to a foreign language for some reason. I've tried following Norton's official troubleshooting instructions, namely uninstalling and reinstalling my copy of Norton 360. Alas, this didn't resolve this issue. If anything, all I got out of this 1-hour experience was updating Norton 360 and nothing else.
Conor
Norton's price gouging is absolutely out of control. I have been a customer for decades, but I'm actually done. This piece of garbage extension just slows down websites like Outlook Live. Add on after add on - on top of the $150 I pay every year for YEARS. An absolute JOKE.
Barry Brant
Run by absolute clowns. FFS, really good at charging though.
jimmy stewart
I pay for cloud back-up in my Norton 360 but it hasn`t` and won`t back up anything in over two years.
Franks S25
norton anti track, and some of their other products like driver updater are a bunch of total garbage, i just got a brand new laptop,it was setup bt a total professional IT friend of mine, and aleady I'm being told by norton I have 13 outdated DRIVER ISSUES,I have called time and time again to no avail.DEFINATELY CHANGING COMPANY WHEN i'M UP FOR RENEWAL,EVERY TIME I CALL I GET SOMEONE THAT CAN'T EVEN SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE,GIVE ME A BREAK ALREADY,TIME FOR A CHANGE FORGET NORTON.....
Guilhermo Sanzone
as everyone already said, too many side programs, they overload many functions that are suposed to be fast, and navigating with the anti tracking and/or VPN extensions is a nightmare, almost nothing loads up, the navigation becomes stupidly slow and there are so many, so many popups that I'm starting to prefer viruses and info leakage. please do something about it.
James Lehman
I agree with Penelope. I'm fed up with being hen-pecked by Norton and other software service companies. Norton advertises so many different products that I registered twice for the same product and ended up with two different licenses. I'm done with it.
Penelope Archer
I think Norton's is excellent however I want a complete package to know that I am being protected online. All these dozens of add-ons are a sales rort, I am thinking of changing to a much cheaper option
Sean Preston
you shouldn't call it "360" protection if it doesn't protect everything. That is just bad, shady marketing. You should be ashamed. Meanwhile your company big wigs are giving themselves big bonuses. For what, poor customer service and figuring out how to best gouge the customer. The product itself gets 5 stars but the slicing up the "360" product and selling it in many costly pieces loses 3 stars.
Coach Charles Osenbaugh
I've been using Norton since the early '90's DOS and shareware days. They have been rated as the best for virus protection, so I'm not complaining about their core product. I'm fed up with buying products that call themselves "Ultimate", "360", "Complete", etc., only to be told that it isn't so and I still need to purchase something else. It never stops. Ironically, the only pop-ups I get now are from Norton, and they're non-stop. A few seconds after I subscribed to a trial of Norton Anti-Track, I got a pop-up to subscribe to Norton Private email, so apparently Anti-Track is only for the browsers and I need another one for Outlook? Seriously, WT*? I have been hesitant to switch products after 30 years, but it's coming down to this. Norton, just give us an all-inclusive price and we'll decide from there.
karen harvey
I have been thinking the same thing. Why doesn't Norton offer an all inclusive package at a reasonable price? All these extras for protection of this and that are costing me a pretty penny and are confusing. Do I already buy this or that coverage and if so, what was it protecting? My subscription renews in the next few months and I will be looking for something that offers comprehensive coverage. Are you listening Norton?
Barbara Willis
Why am I getting these up sales, I thought that my coverage that I have now protected me. Too expensive will not renew!
