- One of the best productivity apps out there. You can block specific websites or whole categories, so you don’t have to worry about opening something by accident. But what really makes this app special is how it handles those moments when the urge hits. You can add a delay before unlocking a blocker, which gives you time to stop and think instead of acting on impulse-and that honestly changed everything for me. It also has focus sessions that block everything except the sites and apps you actually need, making it way easier to stay focused.

- I really love the app, helps me to focus on things one thing at a time. For example, it helps to stop working on many things, and separate work and play. Also I use it when playing video games, I usually block everything to avoid myself searching for spoilers. The only thing that I hope they can improve on is we can whitelist/block apps that are installed using microsoft store (I know it's windows fault, but I hope they can find a way)

- Works very well, especially if you combine with separating your system with a user account and an admin account. This way, all the workarounds that work with admin/sudo are largely thwarted, or add so much friction that's its practically not worth it. Would recommend.

But I have back problems, and need something to force me stop working and taking a break, stretching and do some Yoga poses to release the pressure. I set myself a break of 5 minutes every 25 of sitting in front of the computer. My back pain become much much much better Thanks!
