Sparkle-ify your cursor.

* Adds animation selector (new animations coming soon!)
* General bug fixes and performance improvements

* Fixes bug where sparkles would get very large
* Adds new Trailing mode. Sparkles leave trails instead of following cursor
* Adds new Icon/Popup to chrome to change settings
- Change back to old mode (Follow)
- Change number of sparkles
- Toggle whether or not the sparkles are enabled

- Slinger - 2023-05-28: Does what it says, but when scrolling with the mousewheel the animation doesn't scroll with the cursor. Sometimes the pop-up menu for the options stays blank. I also wish you could modify the speed of the sparkles as well as the click effect.

anon 2022-11-08: it does work. the cursor sparkles work right away. for the menu you just have to wait around 30s for it to load. i tried it on wikipedia.org

oof_d 2021-05-03: I don't know if it's just me, but if I select the first effect, I will see colored dots appearing in the top left corner when you scroll all the way up. Also, if you scroll with any of the effects on, it won't update until you move your cursor again.
