Esta extensão traz uma vista PiP para todos os sites com um elemento de vídeo HTML. Prima o ícone da extensão para abrir o leitor ativo no modo picture in picture. Esta extensão tenta utilizar automaticamente o player ativo.
Agora faça streaming de filmes, séries ou desporto em qualquer separador. Instale a extensão Picture in Picture do Chrome para ativar o vídeo flutuante. Suportamos esta funcionalidade em todos os sites de streaming.
Para o YouTube, a extensão também oferece um botão no leitor junto ao botão de definições para abrir o vídeo do YouTube no modo picture-in-picture. Pode utilizar esta extensão para ver vídeos do YouTube numa janela flutuante que fica em cima de todas as outras janelas, de modo a que os separadores possam ser alternados e o leitor ainda estará visível.
A janela flutuante tem botões de reprodução e pausa, e pode sair do modo picture-in-picture a qualquer momento.
Como funciona a extensão:
1.º Encontre o vídeo e execute-o.
2.º Clique no ícone da extensão para reduzir o leitor de vídeo no YouTube e noutros sites.
3.º Selecione “Imagem flutuante em imagem” e está feito.
Um vídeo flutuante permite ao espectador percorrer a sua página web e manter o vídeo visível o tempo todo.
Controlos de reprodução de vídeo
Desfrute do controlo total sobre a reprodução do seu vídeo com controlos intuitivos diretamente no leitor flutuante:
- Controlo de volume;
- Pare e reproduza o vídeo;
- Controlo de velocidade de vídeo;
- Mudar para o vídeo seguinte.
Basta clicar no ícone do Leitor Flutuante e Controlo de Vídeo para apresentar o leitor de vídeo no YouTube, Netflix ou qualquer outro site na Web. Esta janela irá reproduzir o vídeo em todas as páginas do browser nas quais exista um recurso de vídeo.
O modo pic-in-pic suporta todos os formatos de vídeo e funciona com hubs de vídeo populares, como o YouTube e muitos outros

- (2025-07-10) Nico Gebauer: Not a true PIP, its a pop out window with controls at the bottom. So you always have the Task bar at the top of the pop out video. Resizing that window is also bad, as it does not keep the aspect ratio and you're left with white bars on any side. Though there is a button to quickly adjust the window size to the correct aspect ratio and thus eliminating the white bars.

- (2025-01-05) Rajeev Singh: The only real feedback I have is give us an option to select the dimensions of the pop up on first launch. Wasteful hassle of increasing the size by manually dragging. Also! An option to automatically activate the extension when the tab is switched would be great. Hands down the best PiP extension, I just wish it was just a tad bit customizable.

- (2024-11-12) Leah T. Stover: Loving the extension! though, I have a few critiques if that's okay. I think it should auto-remove borders when resizing the player. The top bar (where it says the website, shows the option to close the window, and there's a button to go back to the tab) should be changed to being integrated or overlayed onto the PiP window, I think the website URL is unnecessary, and the "back to tab" and the "close" buttons should be on top of the video preview. I also think the seek bar is also unnecessary. A play button, +10 and -10 would be enough, you could also include the sound control but personally I think keeping more than that is a little redundant for a small player. Those are my suggestions, I'm not a developer so I have no idea whether or not all of those are feasible, I apologize if they're not. Feel free to include everything or nothing based on what you consider right. Thank you for the extension!

- (2024-08-26) Matthew: This extension, Super PiP, and Picture in Picture - floating video player. They all behaved in exactly the same way with just a play/pause button and that is all. Not even a progress bar.
