An extension which will save the state of your open tabs! Have you ever had an overwhelming amount of tabs open - cluttering your browser - which were necessary for a project, but were not needed at the present moment? Simply save the state, de-clutter your session, and then re-open them again whenever you wish at the click of a button! If you have Sync turned on for your Google account, these states can transfer across computers as well, making it as easy as a button click to transfer tabs from one computer to another!

- (2023-03-08) Hozefa Sadriwala: Extension works well, but only with one state of tabs. This is similar to the functionality that chrome provides builtin by going to history and choosing the last closed tabs state for example. I was actually hoping it would have a way to save multiple states (i.e. multiple tab groups), and labelling them too, so I could open the tab group that I want to currently work on. If that functionality is incorporated, the rating goes to five stars :)
- (2023-01-02) Bruce Preston: It doesn't work the way a "save state" feature should. Save state implies that you can save a web page in the state it was when you last accessed it and then upon loading it, it loads the same content again. This extension does not "save" anything except for the urls in the tabs and then re-loads the url. It will not save the web page content. The web page content will re-load and update and will be different from what you had before. Automatic one-star for a gimmicky, sketchy, mis-leading fail state extension.
- (2021-08-18) Kyle Rioux: Having a computer with an abysmal battery life, this extension has been a life saver for keeping my tabs saved. Especially helpful for research papers and the like. Would highly recommend to anybody.
- (2021-08-17) Jessica Sparkman: This extension has made my life way easier! I was always having to close all my tabs to shut down my computer and that get's annoying fast. But with Save State I can save them, and they'll still be there after the restart!
