Overall, the testing was smooth running. It took about 20 mins to get through the pre-scan of the room. it would've been much easier if you were able to speak to the person observing, rather than strictly chat. Not being able to rest my hand on my face proved to be a bit difficult. Also was not aware ahead of time that i was not allowed any drink. When going to a testing area, we were allowed a water bottle, so that seemed a bit picky.

This proctoring service is ABSOLUTE TRASH. I have taken multiple remote exams, but my god this was the absolute worst one out of all. I couldn't even rest my head on my hand while reading the exam. I even had to take off all MY HELLO KITTY Figurines (note: they did not have ANY writing on them whatsoever) off from my desk per their request. I understand they needed to see the floor of below my desk... but they asked to see the floor of the rest of my room???? They even asked me if I could show the full view of my desk AND the bottom of my keyboard/mouse to make sure nothing is underneath. I tried telling the proctor I was doing my best to lift my laptop with one hand and one hand lifting the mouse but the view wasn't great and the proctor was so rude. I would rather wake up at 3AM, dive myself into a tub of cold water for 10 minutes in the morning, and drive 1.5 hours to a testing facility than use this service. I would rather handwrite all of my answers and submit them in an envelope than to use this service. TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An absolute terrible experience. Husband booked a test on a Sunday and when the the test wouldn't open up we tried reaching out to support via chat, email and phone call and had no one respond. Now we are out the money it costs to take that exam. I'm hoping they will make this right and refund us. Husband is going to take the test in-person with this re-take because that was ridiculous.

It was very difficult to get things started to get to testing exam. My proctor didn't believe in breaks. Everything was an issue, including the chair I'm sitting and having to sit for such a long time, I couldn't turn my head for stretch. worst experience ever. I'm a dialysis tech i do test the same way, this by far was the worst. I was very discouraged. And longer focused on the test.

The test itself was easy to use and navigate. Only issue I had was when I had to set up my remote testing session, the webcam shut off on the testing site while trying to show my surroundings. It was not an issue on my end but tech support was very helpful in fixing the problem.

this was the worst exam i have ever taken. i finished 150 in 5 and half hours. the extension for testing keep rebooting my exam and cut off more than 5 times. i had to wait every time more than 30 min to relaunch it again. I would never take this exam again.

Very frustrating, their website for testing keep rebooting my exam, i am in the middle of examination and the screen will stop and will show message that i need to relaunch the test and start over, my examination got cut off 3 times, i have to start over 3x, go through verification process, take a selfie picture again, the proctor has to make me show all the surrounding of my desk place all over again, show my ears, show my hands all over again 3x every time i have to start over, then i have to wait at least 20minutes before i can resume the test where i left off, it was a pain in the behind using this psi testing site, very frustrating process, my exam supposed to start 10:30am, I didn't got it completed until 3pm due to those website interruption it will without out warning cut me off my testing to make me start over.

The proctor was very nice and patient with me as I tried to show my testing environment. The browser crashed on me during my test for a minute but it all worked out so I think it went okay. Not awful but not the smoothest run either. I would probably still use this over an inperson location when possible.

Awful test-taking platform. The program itself is extremely slow and takes a while to load (not an issue with my internet when used with other programs). It is also extremely frustrating constantly having to click "are you sure you want to leave the page, you still have unsaved info" when you are taking an important test. I also think it's ridiculous that I had to spend 30+ minutes emptying EVERYTHING off my desk. Pre-test instructions stated the desk had to be free of clutter, not completely wiped out and empty. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the proctor removing decorations and small things that have nothing to do with the exam which was extremely frustrating because now I have to put everything back. It was just an extreme waste of time. I can understand for notebooks/papers/books/etc., but I don't see how having decorations, pencil holders, etc has anything to do with the exam. I also felt like the program was just insanely glitchy, again not something you want to experience during an important test. I've used other browser lockdown programs for online tests that were much smoother and more user-friendly than this. Overall, this program is extremely disappointing and frustrating as were the lack of instructions before the exam. I wish I would have known it was like this beforehand, because I would have rather gone through the hassle of driving 2 hours out to a testing center than to have dealt with this horrible program. Hope they choose to fix this or go with a different program for future test-takers.

I was reading the chat message when I was finished with the test. So no reading anything. It kicked me off before I got to submit test but I was finished. Hoping I don't have to take this test again. I think us test takers should be able to have a drink by us if needed while taking the test. I do like the fact we can do the testing online but hearing everything is not needed for the Proctor. I understand sharing screen and video but not listing to someone. Reading questions outload helps some people understand things better. Been on hold for 10 minutes already to get this submitted

Everything in these reviews are TOTALLY ACCURATE!! Most people have to talk to themselves to work through a question because one word will mess everything up. NO ONE can sit like a statue and take a test. I finally had to tell my proctor to stop interrupting. I already nervous enough and the constant interruptions for any little thing just made it worse. If we are at home and in our comfy space we should be allowed to be able drink if we need too and put our feet up under our desks if that's what helps us. I got flagged for reaching behind me to flip the light switch on. Absolutely 100% agree with all the reviews that are posted here. RIDICULOUS!!!

The set up of "Exit" and then go to the next section, as well as having more than one way to hit "End Session" at the end of the exam are anxiety triggers. I felt like I was doing something wrong the entire exam. I also think it is a little extreme to have me remove my stapler, tape dispenser and literally EVERYTHING off of my desk. I also disagree with the no mouthing the questions. I understand better by mouthing/reading aloud, but they do not allow this even though the screening process of the room is very detailed.

I just finished my exam, extension kicked me off from poor connection despite me having great wifi connection. I started to panic because I was on #125. finally was able to rejoin after 8 minutes going through entire re-verification process, with 16 ppl ahead of me, I followed submission directions and closed out proctoring as instructed. This was the worst experience ever. The proctor was very strict and direct.

This was the most distracting test I've taken. Very unprofessional we do a deep search around the room under the chair desk all around the room hands and wrist included. I have to read out loud and they kept pausing me to warn me. I started mouthing the words not making a sound and they still kept pausing me. Some people need to hear the question out loud to understand the question. This is very disracting i try to cover my mouth so they dont say im talking and that is a issue as well. I had my GED tests online with different testing site, comparing to this one, to be honest I don't like the experiences i have with PSI. They require Google Chrome to run, somehow my computer refused to run Google Chrome because I'm using Macbook, I was fortunate enough to have my cousin Macbook borrowed just in time for the test. My test took 2 hours, and this testing site don’t allow you to have at least a drink?? And even after checking all over my testing area, and they still asking me not to seat in certain ways midway through my test. Very uncomfortable.

Actually terrible. Literally have to give it one star to write this review but if I had the choice I would give it zero. When I loaded everything up on my computer it refused to work because for some reason it would not acknowledge that I allowed screen recording. Thankfully my mom let me use her computer and it finally loaded. So here I am sobbing because I am now 30 minutes late to my test. It takes me a ridiculous amount of time to be connected to a proctor who was meticulous to put it nicely. I had to show my surroundings multiple times including under my computer not once but twice. MY DESK IS GLASS. I had to show where my phone was, even though it was on the other side of the room which you'd think they would have seen from the eighteen times they asked me to show my surroundings. I couldn't have water, I had to verbally say "This is my scratch paper and pencil" just so we could move on with this portion. So once I was finally approved it took the site another five minutes to load up my test ? honestly I'm not even sure what was happening but once it finally loaded I wasn't allowed to move my mouth or have my hands anywhere near it which was difficult for me bc I am an anxious test taker. The whole time the proctor reminded me I can hear and see what you are saying. GOOD I truly hope you heard how terrible you are and saw every time I rolled my eyes at how ridiculous you are being. 94 questions in my test stopped allowing me to move forward and was stuck on that question. I asked my proctor why the test was not allowing me to move forward and was told "please continue your test". DAWG I CANNOT THATS WHY I SAID SOMETHING. Believe me I'm not trying to talk to you for fun. I finished my test but there was no easy way for me to see the questions I had bookmarked so I had to go through the entire test again just to get backed to the few questions I wanted to see. Long story short this platform is garbage, the proctors are ridiculous (and I see I'm not the only one who experienced this), it would probably be better to take it in person if you have the chance.

This was a horrible experience I have never been treated like a criminal before and I have taken an online test before but never to this extent, you weren't even allowed to move your lips without getting a warning, which I am sorry that is absolutely absurd. Hopefully I passed the exam as I don't want to take with this company again and my University will know about this. This was unacceptable to be treated like we were going to steal something. I see a lot of people had issues with the way the test is administered. I am working in a very small space and I had to move everything out from under my desk which was also insane.
