- (2018-11-12) Alexandra Stute: This is close to fraud. They do not care about you as customer, only about your payments. Worse experience ever. I thought I would use a free version but they took my money in quiet and peace for three years. Without a single notification. And now, after cancelling the subscription they do not even allow the access I ALREADY PAID FOR. After receiving money for years, for nothing, I expect them to refund the last payment from October 2018 but, they do not care. This is the worse Customer Experience ever.

- (2016-09-25) Richard Valentine: Scammed $119 "buy" clicking try for free button. Company claims to have tiers. We received an email saying we were signed up and charged. Immediately within a minute of email receipt, I disputed and asked for a refund. We never used the product. Computer was signed into paypal. They will not even refund a portion claiming we chose a year over a lesser plan. Customer Service claims: "Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer a refund on the first payment..."
- (2016-08-02) Deceptive product. After you create what they claim is a free account, they demand over a hundred dollars minimum to provide even the most basic information, all of which is readily available on the web for free. The app is also littered with ads for heterophobic and anti-Christian groups and publications, which makes their information suspect, if not totally biased and wrong.
- (2016-06-09) Mark Lee: Very interesting site...helped me submit an essay in-time. BTW, most of the research papers and essays aren't free but I think the paid membership is worth it as long as you're in a time crunch.
