- I have a request for the dev: Can we just batch export opened tabs instead of doing it on the batch export page? I'll bump the stars up to 5 if you give us that option. :)

- As a novelist, I treat AI chats as a living archive of ideas. One-click bulk export to Markdown with space-based folders keeps characters and plot lines organized. Selective export lets me keep only the key passages, and Obsidian search makes stitching scenes effortless.

- this “Perplexity to Obsidian” extension fits neatly into my day-to-day. One-click batch export to Markdown, clean space-based folders, and optional sources/related questions make my research trails easy to audit and reuse. The fact that processing happens locally is a big plus for sensitive matters. It’s not flashy—just reliably turns scattered AI chats into a searchable, well-structured knowledge base, which is exactly what I need.

- Simple, fast, and reliable. One-click batch export saves all my Perplexity chats to clean Markdown, perfect for Obsidian. Privacy is local-only, spaces and date filters work well, and filenames are customizable. Exactly what I needed.

- Batch upload doesn't work, prompts a save window for each individual thread instead of generating a batch file with all the content. Not useful.
- Jeff State
- Seems like a streamline UI, but batch export doesn't work, which was my sole reason for trying this extension. From its batch export screen, I got this error: "Failed to load threads: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist. .Have a try refresh all the perlexity.ai page and current page." Followed the refresh troubleshooting steps, and this error persists

- This plugin is really useful. I'm a researcher and need to conduct search research on Perplexity, where there is a wealth of information. It can quickly help me batch - download the search history, and then I can move them to the Obsidian directory. In this way, I can maintain and manage these information materials on Obsidian. I'm extremely grateful to the developer for creating such a plugin.
