- (2022-07-17) Arturo Espinosa: Tested on Chrome OS. The vast mayority of symbols show up, including emojis. Took a bit to discover, but the bold white vertical bar on the top of the window, if you click it, it brings up a search entry, and that is what makes it powerful. I was about to ditch it because I couldn't search for specific characters, but luckily I found this function and now it's a keeper.
- (2018-03-30) Tim Johnson: useless. what a waist of time.
- (2017-01-12) Matúš Koprda: It works, but the icons are way too small, a many of the symbols don't work. Chrome itself doesn't have problems displaying the craziest characters.
- (2016-11-27) Christofer Beres: I Love It. I have used unicode since it came out, and its awesome. Whenever i need an emoji/symbol/character, I open unicode. The search function is really useful. I have seen some people saying it doesn't work on Windows. It does, you just need to have Google Chrome installed and running. Also I think its awesome that it opens in a new windows.
- (2016-11-02) A little difficult at times to guess the description for a glyph when searching but otherwise fantastic. Edit 2016-11-02: not sure but may be in need of an update. There are glyphs that show up in Hangouts that do not seem to be present in this app.
- (2016-08-02) Wiktor Olejniczak: Could be a bit more Material
- (2016-01-01) Benedetto Nespoli (bennes): Search bar is really helpful Emoticons are ok, but many unicode character cannot be shown (instead it appears a rectangle with a 'X' in the middle)
- (2015-12-09) Jacob Evans: Amazing
- (2015-12-07) 梁裕輝: It does not work on Windows, too many symbols turn to "口" :(
- (2015-11-13) Adrien Brunet: Not working on windows
- (2015-11-10) Alex Lopez: good
- (2015-11-09) Analyn Tan: Doesn't work on Windows :(
- (2015-11-01) William: It does nothing.
- (2015-10-02) Troya Dudley: CON: Android/Google Emoticons are not in this as pictured in App overview. (or can be seen) Also, obviously if you don't have different language fonts there are tons that won't naturally be seen either. PRO: However, for casual use all the dingbats and symbols + more can be found by search or scrolling through the list and copies fine. ₡❸➔➗‱✿ƒ✨⇜℁ I just wish it docks into the browser rather than being popped out...
