Совет, если у вас наушники SONY MDR - то не трогайте 32 гц, иначе ваш звук будет прыгать, использовать 32 гц только в случае профессиональной техники, а высокие только по желанию и характеристикам ваших ушей - наушников. Лично я рекомендую затрагивать 9% от 64гц и 8% от 124гц для новых треков - хип хоп или глубоких ударных, 64гц для басса, по желанию. Не перегибайте с громкостью, возможны пики и корехтения, тут уже придется работать с эквалайзером для середины нормы.
