But compared to other tools, it felt more intuitive and user-friendly from the start — which was already a big plus. It took some consistency and perseverance to make it really work for me, but once I figured out how to adapt it to my needs, I genuinely started to enjoy it. Folk is easy to use, flexible, affordable, and has more potential than I initially expected. I'm glad I stuck with it.

Love Folk in how simple and intuitive its interface is and how impressively integrated it is into a large number of different in-bound channels. Extremely easy to track and follow important conversations. Started trialing out almost a year back and been using it daily now for several months now during fundraising and still a huge fan :)

• (2025-04-08) Jamie Brown: I'm a solo startup founder, and Folk makes everything so much simpler for managing contacts, leads, etc. As I've spent more time with it, I've pushed it deeper & deeper into my workflow - and I'm now running my entire user outreach & invite flow through Folk with Zapier automations. The only thing missing for me right now is an open API/webhooks, but I'm sure that's coming soon!

• (2025-03-06) Toby Storie-Pugh: I am helping launch my brother's London-based therapy practice, Mayfair Therapy (www.mayfairtherapy.clinic) and was looking for a CRM tool to help drive clients his way. 1 day on Hubspot was enough to convince me that it was not a good fit for my needs. 1 hour on Folk has convinced me that it probably is! Time will tell, but a great intuitive interface and I hope to make good use of the chrome plugin to integrate the platform with LinkedIn.

The usability is fantastic, making it easy for our team to adopt, and the LinkedIn integration and Chrome extension are real time-savers. It's been a smooth experience so far. We're excited to see what's next, and we're especially hoping the WhatsApp integration gets bumped up the roadmap!
• (2025-02-23) Giuseppe Tommasone: I am operating as EPC Contractor Consultant in OIl & Gas so that I have to follow several projects with a lot of contacts in order to follow sals pipe lasting months. I was using VTNext CRM with about 3,000 contacts and over 100 Companies.Main issue was to follow Engineers, Project Managers and Buyers changing job...my mail campaign were always with high percentage bounced due to obsolete status of contacts. I started to use Linkedin (I have over 13,000 contacts and create a Group that in last 365 days got over 2Mln views) making copy and paste also of pics , but it was really time consuming. I started folk and in two days I imported a csv file without any probled and after couple of full immersion days now I have have updated files using enrich feature checking missing mails an dI am very satisfied. As mentioned in a video on youtube "folk is ideal for single person use or small organizations" I suscribed after one day :-) Extension folk-X is very fast and in second you can add new contact!
• (2025-02-19) JP Holecka: I've used a lot of CRMs in the past, from Salesforce to HubSpot. And I'm sticking with Folk CRM. Chrome extension to use an overused expression is a "real game changer" if you spend most of your time prospecting on LinkedIn. I love how it can add your prospects right from within the LinkedIn user interface. I love how you can quickly move the conversations from your message box into Folk so that you've got interactions logged, as well as interacting with prospects via the commenting section and the feature that the Folk CRM Chrome extension has.

Folk is a good CRM and can be used to manage project with his multiple building possibility. But everything is EASY to use. Not as complete than other specialized tools and some frustrations sometims but it's the best i tried between nearly 15 CRM and enriching tools. I bet on them to improve fast :)

However, I’ve been using it for the past three months, and it has already saved me so much time in our fundraising process. The fundraising pipeline is straightforward and easy to navigate. The Chrome extension is a game-changer, helping me to extract LinkedIn contacts in seconds. I also find the direct messaging feature incredibly useful for reaching out to investors via email and following up in the platform directly. What really stands out to me is the customer success team - they are always there when I need help, whether it's fixing something or guide when I don’t fully understand a feature. I wish I had employees as motivated and present as Julie ;) The product is constantly being updated and developed, which is exciting because you know there are more improvements to come. I’m happy to use this tool and have already recommended it to two of my founder friends, who are using it now. Overall, when you create a product that meets customer needs and back it up with excellent support, customers are happy to spread the word. Keep up the great work, team!

It is a natural part of dialogue in your network to visit a company web page or the LinkedIn profile of a contact. With folkx you can instantly and reliably capture and further populate a CRM entry, in context, for either a company or a contact or both direct from your browser. I am picky and I have one or two little niggles with Folk which prevent me from giving 5 stars. I would recommend it, however. It was a perfect product you would not notice it was there.
