I had Booked at Hotel Zayka Ratlam and paid amount 954. when i visited that hotel, he asked me to cancel the booking and in that amount he will give me room. i talked to hotel owner and asked him to meet me at hotel, he refused and he transfered the booking . after few minutes i got a message that your booking is shifted to hotel ambar. Both the hotels were extremely bad. we cannot stay therefore i had to take another hotel and stay.
