Extends Infusionsoft with a couple of features:
1) The email link in contact search results will open in a pop-up window instead of the current window.
2) Adds an email link below the email field in the contact's file
This is useful if your default mail handler is Gmail, since it allows you to email contacts without leaving Infusionsoft.
