How to use the extension:
Click button in the browser toolbar and open settings
Change font settings to apply on the current tab (Reload page after installing the extension)

It actually changes the fontSize of each element unlike Chrome's action with CTRL+ and CTRL- which zooms the page. Sometimes you wish to increase the text size without zooming the page so that paragraphs do not scroll past the edge of the screen. A+ FontSize Changer works where others fail! I don't know why I left a bad review before, but I apologize. Perhaps I was using it to change the font type and wasn't as successful as when using it just to rescale/resize text.
