- This extension works, but it also keeps randomly opening a "Welcome to Highlight Pen" page when opening Edge. This is annoying as hell. Also, I do not understand why this extension needs access to my browse history. I got rid of it.

- I agree with Michelle, works just fine. For those who may struggle: 1. Download/install addon 2. Click on icon, read various options (you can change color of highlighter here in "extension options) 3. To highlight: click and drag your cursor on whatever text you want to highlight, once it is selected (blue, with white text), right click and you'll see the "highlight pen" icon down towards the bottom of the prompt. 4. click that icon and boom, highlighted! Not that hard.

- Unlike the five [!] other highlight add-ons I tried, this one *actually works*. (Well "Highlight It! - Annotation tool" (NB NOT *this* add-on but another one no longer available) *did* work until Edge disabled it and flagged it as malware, eek!) Oh, one other one highlighting addon sort of worked but posts every page you make highlights on as publicly accessible to anyone[!!!!!] - is that *terrible* security or what? So if you just want a basic highlighter (you can set whatever colors you want) without the need to sync or share highlights, *this* add-on, Highlight Pen, is the add-on for you!

- Well, Michelle doesn't pull her punches. But, this add-on is a solid tool. Easy to use. No ads or interruptions during use. The best bit is it allows users to define highlighter colours.

- 选中高亮部分后右键菜单里删除高亮不管用。 I can not remove highlights on page, I tried to select the highlight and right click, then in the pop-up menu i click "Remove" but it does not work: the highlight is still there. Annoying.

- Spam. Es öffnet ständig einen Tab von seiner Seite. Musste dieses Spam Addon daher entfernen. Hoffentlich hört es dann auch auf meinen Browser zu spamen mit seiner Werbung

- Pessoal, leiam o site que abre antes de comentar. Você precisa selecionar o texto e apertar o botão direito do mouse, vai aparecer a opção "Caneta de destaque". Coloque o cursor do mouse em cima e selecione "destaque padrão". Pronto!
