You'll LOVE our timesheet view, where you can easily access recorded hours within any date range. Get a snapshot of how long you worked and what you did from one screen. Times can be filtered by date, user, and customer. You can edit your times, sync times with QuickBooks, and generate invoices all from the timesheet page with minimal effort.

HoursLogger works great for small teams! Users on your team can share customers and bill as one unit. Simply invite your team from the "Users" page, specify which customers you wish to share, and start tracking time. It's that easy!
Billable Times turned into Detailed Invoices
Use your times to create detailed invoices in just a few clicks. You can generate invoices with a single line item, one line item for everyday, or one line item for every time entry. Send your invoices directly to QuickBooks Online or save them as a PDF. It's easy to adjust invoices by adding/subtracting hours, changing your rates, or reordering the line items.

HoursLogger is made to be fully responsive. It looks great on any laptop, desktop, phone, or tablet. The best part is, you don't have to download or install any extra apps. All you have to do is go to HoursLogger.com. The app will load as usual but adjusts to fit the screen of the device you are using. Mobile design is EXTREMELY important to us because if you start a timer on your laptop and forget it, you can always stop it from your phone.

- (2017-03-06) Evelyn Polizzi: I purchased this app because I am a one-person company that invoices my customers on an hourly basis. I really wanted to have an app that was within my budget and would sync with QuickBooks for easy and efficient invoice processing. This app works well. There's a few features I would like to see incorporated in the future; and I truly believe the creators of this app are open to suggestions on making this the best timekeeper app at a reasonable price. Don't need a lot of bells and whistles, this is your app. I recommend you try it you just might like it. I have found the company staff extremely helpful and responsive when I have had a problem or had a "how to question". Customer service is HUGE when you got to get your invoices out!! Thanks to you all. Keep on making this a great app.

The ease of use, speed to enter my time and the ability to sync with QuickBooks are my top priorities. The reviews of HoursLogger caught my attention so I have been testing it out with the free trial. I responded to a welcome email requesting some additional training and was very please with the quick response. The meeting was very fruitful and allowed me the opportunity to voice my hang-ups with the system as well as create some solutions. I thought I was on the phone and screen share with a skilled sales rep but learned I was meeting with one of the owners. I was blown away at how invested he was in learning about my needs and creating solutions to meet them. Highly recommend this software based on their customer service alone but the product has been great too. Easy to use, adaptable and great for the price.
