Every time I open Youtube, I have to reactivate it (put the button on "on"). If it could stay on all the time, it would be almost perfect. I say almost, because it blocks the ad, but you still have to wait a little while for the video to resume (black screen for the duration of the ad). Still, it is the only adblocker for Youtube that works for me.
