This was mainly made and tested for VODs (videos) on Twitch which show highly annoying, loud and repeating ads every few minutes.
Blocking for Live Streams, where streamers can decide if and when to inject adds, is not (intentionally) supported. Don't complain.

- Working perfectly for exactly what it is described to do. If you don't want to block all ads on all platforms and deprive creators of revenue everywhere; if you don't want to block ads on Twitch the creators choose to roll during a stream, because it helps them pay their bills; IF you are simply trying to make watching VODs on Twitch an experience that isn't full of intolerable jump-scare ads that only serve to make you hate the advertiser... This is a one-click, install and done app, that solves the one issue it says it solves. Thank you for it!
