Even though YouTube Shorts can be entertaining, they tend to flood the subscription section. This can make discovering new interesting videos more than tedious.
Youtube Subscriptions Shorts Remover is a slim extension that removes YouTube Shorts from the subscription section of the website only. Other areas are not affected, so that Shorts can still be enjoyed as usual.
This is my first, modest Chrome extension. I would be very happy if you leave a review, or send me bug reports or constructive criticism.

- Thank you! I wish I didn't have to have so many extensions just to make browsing and watching youtube a pleasant experience. Of course I should have foreseen that they would start shoving the shorts in your face more and more, make them bigger than they need to be, and have no option of removing them. - Seems to be working great for me so far. The new subscription page in grid view has a HUGE amount of space wasted on a row of shorts, this removes that row perfectly.

- The app works, I just hate that you have to watch all the shorts slowly get deleted as you open up the subscription page. I think this is more of a youtube issue than the extension however.

- God i couldnt be more thankful for this. 20th June 2023 completely removes all shorts from subscription feed, didnt notice any blank spaces as some people have mentioned so assume thats fixed as well. thanks for for this

- Works as of June 9th Will break if YT changes the html lines for shorts and you will have to wait for this to be updated Only peeve is there are empty spaces where the short was.
