- (2017-12-01) shannon garners: i would give negative stars if i could, it not only tried to block every other site but itself also so you couldnt even turn it off, have to force reset my laptop.
- (2017-09-19) Jill Kandell: It worked okay when it first started, so I decided to pay $2.99/month for it. Regret it now. More pain than its worth because it would the filtering began to suck in the sense it was filtering everything and preventing my wife from using normal web sites like amazon, etc. Problem is that the only way to get it to work was to filter out all the default "blocked" categories. If you choose the Parental Choice option where you can turn some on/off (like Shopping for example), it would filter everything including the webpage to go back in edit your Safebrowser settings. Additionally, customer support is non existant for this. I sent many email to their online support and got zero responses. I am cancelling this service now.
