- (2015-06-08) Prabhakar Dorairaj: As a clinic Electronic Patient record management system this is like using a word template for each patient. Very PRIMITIVE text boxes and there is absolutely no way you can analyze your data. WASTE of ELECTRONIC records - developed very poorly. The developers have no clue to analysis of data. Using it for one year and realized that all my data is just text.. As a biling and appointment software this works fine. But the online appointment gives a fixed time slot for everyone whatever be your appointment slots... Has created problems in my appointment lists. Be CAREFUL choosing this app because I have had atleast 5 occassions when I have not been able to use the app - several bugs and sometimes it says " Something broke at our end" VERY TRUE... SOMETHING BROKE AT PRACTO'S END... Wait for the software to be developed more before buying.. Dont get stuck like me because I cant export my entire data also.. VERDICT - DONT BUY
