Uses a native discard API of chrome

Kailasa Ishaya 2021-12-11: I have a real time RAM & CPU monitor - I could NOT see any memory reduction when using this extension...no matter changing the time and/or other settings.

AWAKER 2021-02-21: Finally found it !! for long time other only have discard or suspend tab must click on button or timer but all never have stop load in next background tab like middle click. But this can stop perfect in 5 sec ***It have some conflict with chrome auto discard tab in setting must be disable.
