Block adult content and encourage personal reflection before accessing.
This is a Chrome extension designed to help users reflect before visiting adult or triggering websites.
Instead of blocking access immediately, it creates a short mindful pause — giving you space to think and choose consciously.
💡 How it works
When you try to open a site that you’ve added to your list, Stop the Addiction activates a reflection screen.
You can decide whether to continue or stop, based on how you feel in that moment.
There are two modes:
Basic version: shows a simple “Yes / No” reflection screen.
Pro version: adds a deeper reflection process.
Before making a decision, you answer short reflective questions.
After completing them, you can decide whether to continue or not.
The goal isn’t to punish — it’s to help you slow down, observe the impulse, and make a deliberate choice.

- It comes in two versions: a standard one and a pro one. I discovered it while scrolling on TikTok, and I’m really glad I did. I tried the free version for a while, it helped a bit, but not nearly as much as the pro version, which offers many more features. Those extra tools made a big difference for me. Whenever I had an issue, their support team responded to my messages right away. What I really appreciate is that this extension doesn’t punish you; instead, it helps you build self-control. I hope it becomes more widely known so it can help even more people.
