The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.
With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.
Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

- I remember the different versions of dialers you had through out time. You changed so much that you messed the entire system. I feel bad for those who change things that are working fine. Its like fixing a car that is working just fine.

- Breaks web apps, doesn't seem to know the difference between hidden and visible fields, or be able to tell a phone number from a record ID.

- Our Polycom phones run 3CX. The latest version of the 3CX Windows-app is infected with a trojan, and the suits requested to switch either to the android-app or this plugin. I won't install any apps on my personal(!) device (i don't even want WhatsApp because everyone uses it, if that tells you anything), so i'm stuck with this. And this app sucks balls, and not the good kind, as it turns every number on every website that remotely looks like a phone number into a clickable-link without the option to turn off this "feature".

Wir nutzen ausschließlich Mac und so schlecht, wie nun alles hier ist, kann ich leider für die komplette Firma schon wieder eine neue Telefonanlage suchen. Super gemacht und das ohne Vorwarnung oder Alternative. Wenn ich nun mit dem Handy telefonieren muss, hätten wir gar nicht von Telekom auf 3CX umsteigen brauchen. Das ging sogar dort besser :-/

- Da un mese abbondante a questa parte, l'estensione per Chrome non funziona più pur essendo installata.

- Buona l'estensione. Propongo però di far in modo che si possa scegliere se far riconosce (come fa adesso) i numeri telefonici in automatico oppure se riconoscere solo i link di tipo tel:[number] in questo modo si possono usare correttamente i CRM ed escludere i riconoscimento automatico dei numeri che sinceramente non è molto efficiente

- I'll jump in on the dogpile to say that the Dec 8 update completely borked everything. I can't use their desktop app because the recipients of my calls hear massive interference on their end that my IT people couldn't seem to fix. Good news was that the web extension didn't have this issue - until Dec 8 when 3CX inexplicably destroyed the only good thing about their product. Now I'm trying to work from home making calls with my business number while the other end is wondering why it sounds like I'm calling from a wind tunnel.

- Das letzte Update hat die CRM Integration entfernt, die über die Desktop App scheinbar nicht funktioniert. Daher nun für uns unbrauchbar.

- Simplesmente funcionava perfeitamente, era útil, fácil e rápido. Desde o dia 08/12/2021, atualizaram e apenas desativaram a extensão. Péssimo.

- Pour ceux qui disent que le module ne fonctionne plus, il faut mettre a jours votre 3CX vers la V18 et vous aurez une apps Windows, le module Chrome etc... la nouvelle interface est vraiment mieux... faite juste la mise à jours au lieux d'hurler
