Their support team told me that exporting was only available for 'real reviews,' despite my reviews being genuine. This contradicts their own website's information, which states that customer-written reviews can be exported with their assistance. If this practice violates Shopify's policies, then why are they still operational? I've since found more reliable alternatives. Ali Reviewer seems more focused on profit than on providing a trustworthy service. I'd strongly recommend double-checking with other providers before placing your trust in Ali Reviewer

- (2018-12-08) WARNING STAY AWAY! I IMPORTED THIS APP & ALI ORDER APP FROM SHOPIFY APP STORE AND NOW I COULDN'T REMOVE THEM. I already uninstalled both apps, also i remove their chrome extensions but their frickin logo's are still showing up on my store!! It's really annoyed me too much. So, now i need to reset my store or upload the theme again and i need to re-tweak all options from zero!!!! STAY THE HELL AWAY!

- (2018-11-12) Kay: Honestlyyyy, I love this app, it's so convenient for me. I haven't had any problems yet. I paid for the 9 dollar subscription and this makes building my shop so much more easier. I love i get to customize what the feedback rating images look like, like instead of stars I go with hearts. I still have to do a little work here and there but it's definitely worth it!!!
